Amazing service, both diagnosis and titration. I felt seen and supported and was taken seriously about my mental health for the first time. Have recommended this treatment provider to others and would do so again.

Jenni has been very effective and helpful with the titration process. She has given me good advice for how to deal with the side-effects of medication, and has tirelessly worked to help me find the right prescription. I have always felt reassured knowing that I can ask her for help when I've had issues. She is knowledgeable about the different options available and has helped me find something that works for me.

Jenni is extremely helpful and polite and responds quickly. My only concern was that sometimes the conversations felt too clinical and impersonal but I presume that is generally the nature of this process with a high volume of patients. But this process can be quite daunting and I would have felt more at ease if some questions were answered in more depth. Generally great service though - thank you!

Sometimes I would ask questions and receive a generic response or reference to an old attachment that I have already read that doesn’t answer my question. My nurse was pushing me to end the titration and asked me again, I responded with questions about what happens after discharge and she responded by discharging me! I felt so neglected. I didn’t even get an answer to the questions I asked. I also now have no way of contacting her as she was immediately removed from my contact list on the notes section. I was quite upset and annoyed when I when onto the portal and found this out. I feel like my medication works okay, but I’m not satisfied that this is the best one for me. I feel like now I am discharged I have no way of trying different medications that may suit me better and now I would have to start the refferal process again from scratch which will I include long waiting times all over again!
